CULINARY CREATIONS with…“The MIDNIGHT BAKER”

Our kids cooking class was such a BIG hit that we have added another instructor to the mix!

Meet Tina Gambino, of The Midnight Baker Event Co. She’s excited to guide
kids (ages 6 & up) along gastronomical adventures with unique, family-friendly recipes
designed to inspire connoisseurs in the making! As a culinary professional
and mom of 2, Tina is super passionate about getting kids into the kitchen.

During each 4-week course, your crafty chef(s) will gain knowledge and confidence as they learn basic culinary skills while creating nutritious, delicious recipes that they can easily replicate at home.

Classes will emphasize general safety & sanitation, recipe reading, measuring, food prep & presentation, nutrition, tasting & flavor profiles, and MOST importantly…creativity! =)

MAY MENU: SAVOUR SPRING!

Flowers are in bloom & gardens are flourishing! We’re focusing on flavors and ingredients that celebrate everything this scrumptious season has to offer!

WEEK 1 5/7: Fruit Bouquets & Sensational Smoothies
We will make beautiful little “bouquets” that taste as good as they look! Just in time for Mother’s Day! We’ll also mix up delicious smoothies & toppings.

WEEK 2 5/14: Delectable Dips
We’ll explore sweet & savory flavor combinations as we create fruit salsas, hummus, and assorted dippers to scoop it all up!

WEEK 3 5/21: Spring “Sushi” Bowls
Sticky rice is so much fun! We’ll top our bowls with fresh spring veggies, herbs, proteins & seasonings, and prepare yummy sauces to drizzle on top!

WEEK 4 5/28: Focaccia “Gardens”
We’ll get our hands on some dough, make it nice & bubbly, “plant” gorgeous garden scenes on top with fun, fresh toppings & bake our tasty masterpieces!

PLEASE NOTE:
We like to keep classes small and intimate to maximize comfort and learning.

*With that said there are ONLY 10 seats available!*

The BASIC package includes a recipe book to keep and step by step guidance
from Tina. Aprons, tools, & supplies will be provided to use during class.

The PREMIUM package also includes a chef kit that is yours to keep w/ a
personalized apron with your kiddos name on it.
