Choose your preferred date and time for your guests. The workshop is available 7 days a week for private parties, with the exception of scheduled private parties/public workshops.

Deposit: A $100 deposit (refundable prior to confirming the party) is required to reserve the studio space for private parties.  You have the space to yourself to enjoy the workshop for up to 3 hours! We require a minimum of 6 projects per party

Project Options: Most adult projects range from $40-$75. Once the reservation is finalized, you will be provided a link (of projects of your selection) to share with your guests.  All attendees are required to book their projects directly through our website. 

Registration: You have 2 options for your guests to RSVP to the party.

  • Option 1: Your guests pay for projects. Your guests will need to pay individually via your reservations link once created.
  • Option 2: You pay for projects. Your guests will pick out their projects individually via your reservations link once created. Will will provide you with a coupon code and will bill you for the total on the day of the party.

Registration closes 2 days prior to your party in order to create your designs and build your projects.

Workshop: We provide all of the materials, tools, and step by step instruction!  All projects are raw wood and your guests customize everything in studio from choice of 7 stains and over 30 paints. We also provide aprons for all guests.

Food/Drinks: We offer complimentary beer and wine and you can bring in the food that you would like to enjoy during the party. You have the space up to 3 hours and we are handicap accessible. We also provide tables for food/drinks/raffles and have a small refrigerator, buffet area and wine openers for your convenience. Please bring in paper products, cups, etc needed for your event.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
